Neal Holladay is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Offer of Holladay Management Services, Inc. He is the principle consultant, specializing in HR Development and Hispanic Relations. For the last 11 years Neal has worked in a wide variety of industries including the manufacturing, technology, and services sectors and has served in various HR capacities as a generalist, trainer, consultant and executive. He is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.

Having lived and worked abroad in Spain and South America, Neal is fluent in Spanish and his knowledge of Hispanic culture is considerable. In Santiago, Chile, Neal conducted training classes for several major international companies including Hewlett Packard and Siemens. Neal has written several publications on cross-cultural relations in the workplace, and conducts in-house training, and public seminars on the subject.

Neal lives in Winston-Salem North Carolina with his wife Lorena, a native of Chile, and his two sons Thomas and Lucas. He is active in the Hispanic community both at home and abroad.
