In more than 25 years experience we have learned that to effect measurable and positive behavioral change requires a minimum of 6-8 months. For this reason we typically design our programs in 6-8 month sections each ending with a re-assessment to chart participant's individual development.

Each section consists of monthly sessions at your facility - typically 5 days per month. A report of training activities, observations and recommendations follow each monthly visit
