(HMS) founded in November 1977 by Tom Holladay, has grown to be one of the most respected management consulting companies in the nation with clients from New York to California. Originally, the company concentrated in the area of first-line supervisory training for small to medium-sized manufacturers.

Through the 1980’s, the company broadened its focus to include total management training, teambuilding and productivity improvement.

In January, 2001, HMS added its Hispanic Relations division, offering bilingual & bicultural consulting helping companies to bridge the gap between the American and Latin-American cultures within the work environment.

Specializing in the manufacturing environment, HMS offers programs, assistance, advice and counsel to companies on how to take full advantage of their employees' talents.
